These terms apply to use of the Qanivo marketing website and its product-evaluation materials.
Informational purpose
The website describes Qanivo’s product direction and evaluation scope. It does not by itself create a subscription, service-level commitment, provider-capability guarantee, security certification, regulatory representation, or production-readiness acceptance.
Capability and availability
Provider and account capabilities depend on the provider, account, resource, permissions, plan, Workspace policy, configuration, and accepted implementation evidence. Unsupported, limited, or unverified operations must not be interpreted as available merely because they are discussed in product material.
Illustrative materials
Interface previews and diagrams may be representative product illustrations unless explicitly identified as verified runtime captures. They must not be treated as proof of implementation, availability, or performance.
Intellectual property
Qanivo, its branding, product language, designs, and original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party provider names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or circumvent the website or its form controls
- Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content
- Do not impersonate another person or organization
