Website privacy notice

This notice explains the data handled by this Qanivo marketing website and product-walkthrough request flow.

Information you submit

When you request a walkthrough, the website collects your name, work email, organization, selected role, team size, use case, preferred language, optional message, consent confirmation with its timestamp and notice version, referral page, and campaign parameters.

How it is used

  • Respond to your product-evaluation request
  • Prepare a relevant walkthrough
  • Understand aggregate acquisition and page engagement
  • Protect the form from obvious automated abuse

Storage and transfer

By default, accepted requests and first-party marketing events are stored in the server-side Qanivo marketing database configured for this site. An operator may configure an HTTPS webhook to mirror accepted lead records into an approved commercial system. The browser is not given database or webhook credentials.

Browser storage and analytics

The site creates a random session identifier in browser session storage for first-party event correlation. It records page and interaction events such as CTA clicks, tour tabs, FAQ opens, form starts, and successful submissions. It does not include the values typed into form fields in those event properties.

Retention and requests

Retention and deletion periods must be set by the site operator according to the applicable commercial, security, and legal requirements. To ask about a submitted request, correction, or deletion, contact hello@qanivo.net from the work email used in the request.

External destinations

Links to scheduling or other external destinations are shown only when configured by the operator. Those services apply their own terms and privacy practices.
